1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your application for the Business Master Class — Premium One-on-One Business Mentorship offered by Prophet Prakash Pyne (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
2. The Service
The Business Master Class is a premium, one-on-one business mentorship programme focused on real estate, logistics and haulage, agribusiness, and importation and trading. The programme is personalised around your capital, context, skills and goals.
The current mentorship fee is GHS 12,000. Fees are subject to change for future cohorts.
3. Application and Enrollment
Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment. All applications are reviewed, and places are offered based on fit, capacity and the information you provide. Cohort sizes are limited, and we reserve the right to decline any application.
If your application is accepted, you will receive instructions to complete payment and schedule your sessions.
4. Fees, Payment and Refunds
- Payment is made through Paystack by card or Mobile Money.
- Because mentorship time is reserved specifically for you and cohort places are limited, fees are non-refundable once your place is confirmed.
- Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice, subject to mutual availability.
- Failure to make payment after acceptance may result in the place being offered to another applicant.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, documents, recordings and content shared during the mentorship are the intellectual property of Prophet Prakash Pyne. You may use them for your personal business purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or use them to create competing programmes without written permission.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the mentorship, except where disclosure is required by law or already publicly available.
7. Limitation of Liability
The mentorship provides education, strategic guidance and a framework for evaluating business opportunities. We do not guarantee any specific business result, profit or return on investment. You are solely responsible for the business decisions you make.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the mentorship.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prophet Prakash Pyne, his team and affiliates from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, or any business decisions you make based on mentorship guidance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, the courts of Ghana.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
